If your agency is interested in participating in the electronic reporting process, please go to http://titan.safety.state.tn.us , click on the REGISTRATION link; complete and submit the required documents.

If your agency has already received TITAN training, this upgrade will be easy for you. However, during this transitional period, there are help links and a phone number on the TITAN Client “Wizard" website to answer your questions. Field technicians will also be available if you need on-site help.
