*NEW 2011 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR LENDING LIBRARY

• All items will be due back to the TTSRS office two weeks after receiving items unless authorized in advance by TTSRS personnel.
  
  
• If items are not returned by the due date, an administrative fee will be assessed. Video(s) could be assessed from $10 - $395 per video, Vince and Larry Costumes and the Impairment Goggles could be assessed an adminstrative fee of $50.00 - $2,000 (costume cost) if not returned on time.
  
  
• Additionally if items are not returned on time, priveleges with TTSRS lending library may be revoked.

VIDEO LENDING POLICY

All video loans to public agencies are free.

2. Three videos per request.
   
   
3. Videos may be borrowed for a two week period.
   
   
4. Extensions may be possible based on request, call the number(s) above.
   
   
5. The borrowing agency will be billed $40.00 for videos that are not returned after the two week period.
