Alcohol Impairment Goggle Lending Policy
     

All goggles loans to public agencies are free.
  1. Goggles can be requested by phone:
         1-800-99Belts (TN Only)
          fax (865) 974-3889 or
             through online order form
  2. Goggles may be borrowed for a two week period.
  3. Extensions may be possible based on request, call the number(s) above.
  4. The borrowing agency will be billed $100.00 for goggles that are not returned after the two week period or that have been damaged.
