America’s Partners to Prevent Underage Drinking (AP) is a national coalition of organizations and businesses committed to the goal of protecting America’s youth from the devastating harm and consequences associated with underage drinking. The coalition will involve parents, youth, teachers, religious and community leaders, elected officials, youth advocates, public health workers, law enforcement officers, and consumers, as well as business and industry.
 
 
BACCHUS and GAMMA Peer Education Network
The BACCHUS and GAMMA Peer Education Network is an international association of college and university based peer education programs focusing on alcohol abuse prevention and other related student health and safety issues.

Center on Alcohol & Youth Marketing
The Center on Alcohol Marketing and Youth at Georgetown University monitors the marketing practices of the alcohol industry to focus attention and action on industry practices that jeopardize the health and safety of America's youth. Reducing high rates of underage alcohol consumption and the suffering caused by alcohol-related injuries and deaths among young people requires using the public health strategies of limiting the access to and the appeal of alcohol to underage persons.
 
  Community Anti-Drug Coalitions Across Tennessee (CADCAT)
CADCAT supports coalitions in creating a drug free Tennessee by building skills, knowledge and resources.
   
 

The Century Council
The Century Council was founded on the belief that collective action can have a greater impact than many individual efforts. Launched in May 1991, The Century Council is a national, not-for-profit organization dedicated to reducing drunk driving and underage drinking problems - two of society's top safety concerns. Funded by America's leading distillers, the Council implements its programs by listening to communities, finding high-energy partners and creating local coalitions of people who aren't always used to working together: liquor store owners and police officers, college presidents and beverage alcohol distributors, and of course parents and kids.

 
 
Family Guide to Keeping Youth Mentally Healthy & Drug Free is a public education Web site developed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to communicate to parents and other caring adults about how they can help promote their child's mental health and reduce his or her risk for becoming involved with alcohol, tobacco, and illegal drugs.

The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) supports and conducts biomedical and behavioral research on the causes, consequences, treatment, and prevention of alcoholism and alcohol-related problems. NIAAA also provides leadership in the national effort to reduce the severe and often fatal consequences of these problems.

SADD is an acronym for the youth based program Students Against Driving Drunk, this program was developed to encourage students and parents to band together in the fight against drinking and driving. Underage Drinking Prevention Project (UDPP)
The NAGHSR Underage Drinking Prevention Project is a demonstration in five sites across the U.S. of a comprehensive, community-based approach to the issue of underage drinking. The project is being funded by NHTSA and is based on a model developed in the Washington, DC area and technical assistance is being provided by Beer/Leonard Associates.
