CHILD SAFETY LAWS*

TCA 55-9-606 Passengers Over Sixteen Years of Age
     

Notwithstanding any provision of this part to the contrary, the operator of a passenger motor vehicle under the provisions of this part shall not be fined for the failure of any passenger over sixteen (16) years of age to wear a safety belt.
