The Tennessee Department of Safety (TDOS) and the Governor’s Highway Safety Office (GHSO) are excited to offer your agency a cost-free opportunity to participate in the latest technology advancement.

We will be conducting a “train the trainer” session for the new TraCS / TITAN Electronic crash data collection‚ submission‚ and retrieval system. This training will provide the software and knowledge to transition from the current TraCS system (TennCARS) to the new TITAN (Tennessee’s Integrated Traffic Analysis Network) system. Sessions will involve hands-on practicums for collection‚ transmission‚ searching for submissions‚ and report generation. It is recommended that each agency have one representative from operations/training and one from IT attend the training sessions.

Note: Please bring a laptop computer, powerstrip and air card for class participation.
